At the end of the first and third report card period in the fall and spring, the school schedules formal parent-teacher
conferences. While we believe this type of communication is valuable and important for every child, only the first parent-teacher
conference is mandatory. The spring conference is highly recommended but attendance is at the option of the parent. As described
earlier, the parent may seek a conference with a teacher as long as a written request is made, in advance, and time is given
for the teacher to respond by written verification.
