Only students who satisfactorily complete the required work for
a particular grade (in the basic skill areas) will be promoted to the next grade. Excessive
absenteeism may be grounds for non-promotion. Diplomas of Graduation are given to students who successfully complete the course
of study prescribed by the school.
The term ‘successfully’ is defined
as maintaining a minimum of a ‘C’ average in the academic areas. Students who do
not meet this graduation requirement, but who qualify for promotion, will be given Certificates of Attendance. Only students
receiving Diplomas of Graduation will receive recommendations to attend a Catholic high school.
